8Account Closure & Suspension
49s may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Detection of fraudulent activity.
- Extended period of inactivity (12 months).
- At the user's own request.

Inactive Account Policy
An account will be marked inactive after 12 months with no login or transactions. After 24 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the account balance.
